Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find the email, contact us and we’ll resend your order confirmation.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant platforms. We never store your full card details.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders are shipped from Boston, Massachusetts,USA

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

How much does the shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding:

  • $50 USD / £99 GBP / €150 EUR
  • $120 CAD / $150 AUD / $199 NZD

For orders below these amounts, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, we partner with the world’s leading couriers:

  • Domestic (USA): We utilize USPS Standard Shipping for all domestic orders.
  • International (Complimentary): All qualifying free shipping orders are upgraded to DHL worldwide, providing you with premium, end-to-end tracked service.
  • Alternative Carriers: Should you have a personal preference, FedEx and UPS options are also available at checkout for your convenience.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days via USPS.
  • International: 8–15 business days via DHL Worldwide.

Please note: These estimates include transit time only. While most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, peak seasons or carrier delays may occasionally extend these windows.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@buttonvena.com with your order number. We’ll help you track the shipment or arrange a solution.

Return & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin the process.

How do I start a return?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To begin, please email us at support@buttonvena.com with your order number and reason for return.

We offer two flexible ways to process your return:

  • Store Credit (Complimentary): As a member of our Inner Circle, return shipping is on us. You will receive the full value of your return as store credit for your next find.

  • Original Payment Method: You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method. For this option, the cost of the return shipping label will be the responsibility of the customer.

Who pays for return shipping?

It depends on your preferred refund method:

  • Inner Circle Members: Enjoy complimentary return shipping when you opt for Store Credit. It’s our way of ensuring your next discovery is just as seamless.
  • Standard Returns: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, the return shipping fees are handled by the customer.

Note: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will always cover the return costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How do I use button covers?

Applying our button covers is an effortless process that requires no sewing or tools. Simply open the clasp, slide the base over your shirt button, and click it into place.
