Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You and Button Vena LLC consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of Boston, Massachusetts.
SECTION 22.1 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Most customer concerns can be resolved by contacting support@buttonvena.com. If we are unable to resolve a complaint, you and Button Vena LLC agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court on an individual basis. Class actions are not permitted.
SECTION 23 - HEADINGS Headings are for convenience only and will not limit these Terms.
SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We reserve the right to update any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
