Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Button Vena. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist you. We are committed to providing an exceptional and seamless experience for our community.

1. The 30-Day Return Window & Holiday Extension

We offer a standard 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be new, unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags fully attached.

Holiday Return Extension: To give you peace of mind during the gifting season, orders placed between November 1st and December 31st may be returned or exchanged through January 31st of the following year. All other standard return conditions still apply.

Please note that the following items are Non-Returnable:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned or initiated outside of the standard or holiday return windows.

2. Flexible Refund Options & Shipping Costs

To support our community and promote a sustainable circle of discovery, we offer two flexible ways to process your return:

  • Store Credit (Complimentary): As a member of our Inner Circle (automatically joined upon account creation or newsletter subscription), return shipping is entirely on us. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label, and the full value of your return will be issued as store credit for your next find.
  • Original Payment Method: You may choose to receive a refund back to your original method of payment. For this option, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, and a trackable shipping label will be required.

Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos of the product. In these instances, all costs are on us. We will either fully cover the return shipping costs or directly ship a brand-new replacement to you at no additional charge.

4. How to Initiate Your Return

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@buttonvena.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, along with your return shipping label if applicable.

Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturing partners without prior authorization from our team.

5. Processing & Inspection

Once your return is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–7 business days.
  • Deductions: Items must be returned in pristine, resalable condition. Button Vena reserves the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

6. Combined Returns & Shipping Safeguards

Combined Returns are Prohibited: To ensure accurate tracking and faster processing times at our warehouse, items from different orders cannot be combined into a single return package. Each order must be returned separately with its designated authorization.

Lost Shipments: For standard returns using your own carrier, we highly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Button Vena is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Policy Discretion & Fair Use

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Button Vena’s discretion, with the intent of providing the best experience to our genuine guests. Potential fraud, policy abuse, or excessive/unreasonable return histories may result in the rejection of future transactions or return requests.
