All orders are packaged and proudly shipped directly from Boston, Massachusetts, USA. We currently offer shipping to the following countries and regions:
North America: United States, Canada
Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Middle East: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia

2. Processing & Order Modifications
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Please Note: To ensure swift transit times, Button Vena orders begin processing immediately upon submission. We are typically unable to stop, cancel, or modify order details or shipping addresses once an order is confirmed.
3. Complimentary Shipping & Carrier Partners
To thank you for being a part of our community, we are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding:
- $50 USD / £99 GBP / €150 EUR
- $120 CAD / $150 AUD / $199 NZD
For orders below these thresholds, a localized flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To ensure a premium delivery experience, we partner exclusively with the world's leading couriers:
Domestic (USA): We utilize USPS Standard Shipping for all domestic orders.
International (Complimentary): All qualifying free shipping orders are automatically upgraded to DHL Worldwide, providing you with premium, end-to-end tracked service.
Alternative Carriers: Should you have a personal preference, FedEx and UPS options are also available at checkout for your convenience.
4. Estimated Delivery Windows
We strive to get your pieces to you as swiftly as possible. Estimated delivery windows (excluding the 1–2 business day processing time) are as follows:
United States(Domestic): 3–7 business days via USPS.
International: 8–15 business days via DHL Worldwide.
Note: These timelines are estimates provided by our carriers. Peak holiday seasons, inclement weather, or localized customs processing may occasionally extend these windows.
5. Shipment Tracking & Missing Shipments
How to Track Your Order: We provide multiple ways to follow your shipment's journey. We can track your order via the Shipment Notification E-mail(s), Order Confirmation Page, or the Account section on buttonvena.com.
Split Shipments: Please note that you may receive more than one Shipment Notification E-mail if items from your order are shipping separately.
Stalled Tracking: If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at support@buttonvena.com so we can investigate the shipment.
"Delivered" But Missing: Occasionally, carriers scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still on the delivery truck or arriving shortly. We kindly ask that you wait 4 business days after the marked delivery date, check with neighbors, and inspect secure areas around your property.
Unresolved Missing Packages: If 4 business days have passed and your package remains missing despite being marked as delivered, please reach out to our support team. While Button Vena is not legally liable for missing parcels once a carrier confirms delivery, we review these situations on a case-by-case basis to assist our community.
6. Address Corrections & Carrier Interventions
If your package is already in transit and you need to correct address information, we highly recommend managing your delivery directly via the carrier's platform to avoid delays or return-to-sender fees:
USPS (Domestic): Use USPS Package Intercept to request changes.
UPS (Domestic): Manage your routing through a free UPS My Choice account.
DHL (International): Adjust delivery dates, request service point pick-ups, or change addresses instantly using the DHL On Demand Delivery portal.
